Please share a memory of Tara to include in a keepsake book for family and friends.
Tara Autumn Parsons-Billyard On the morning of October 25th, 2014, Tara passed away in Rochester, NY as a result of her lengthy struggle with chemical dependence. She was 25 years old. Tara was born in Dansville, NY on October 11th, 1989 to Gael Billyard-Orr and John L. Parsons. She was an only child, and although never married, Tara lovely shared a son with Nathan West. Tara obtained her high school diploma, and often dreamed of a career in the digital arts. She took pride in her inventiveness and aspired to express herself freely. Her beauty and brilliance shone so brightly that it often burned upon itself. For in her zest for living, she often took the harder road. As a world traveler of many countries, she was resourceful, caring, and protective. As a daughter, she was the color of all things, the breath of our being. Her passionate presence is now an absence far too arduous to bear. Tara is survived by her only child: Cuyler James West, parents Gael Orr and John Parsons, step-parents Michael Orr and Rhonda Parsons-Englert, grand-parents Roger and Peg Billyard, step-brothers Chad and Cory Englert, several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins. Love for her distinction is the sorrow of her friends and family. A private burial will be held by the family within the Arnold Cemetery of Conesus. The graveside service is reserved for immediate family. A memorial service will be held at 6:30 p.m. Wednesday at the Dansville Foursquare Church and Community Center. All are welcome to attend to commemorate Tara's life. Ref. Hindle Funeral Home.
