Dansville- Christina Mae Howe age 60, passed away suddenly on Sunday February 1, 2015, at her home in Dansville. Christina was born in Dansville, on August 15, 1954, a daughter of the late Jack Petrie and Joyce (Eichorn) Petrie who survives. She was married to Thomas Howe on December 27 2001, who predeceased her on November 28, 2014. Tina enjoyed listening to music, quilting, gardening and woodworking at her home in Dansville. Tina worked for the Dansville Post Office for over 20 years as a rural mail carrier and she was a friend to those to whom she delivered their mail. She was an active member of St. Peter's United Church of Christ in Perkinsville and the choral group, "The Waylandaires" She is survived by her children, Angela (Lou) Williams, Teddy Perry, her stepchildren Andrew Howe, Stephanie Whaley. Two sisters Cynthia Hutchinson and Cathy (Paul) White, grandchildren, Evan Perry Williams and Carter Hochstetler as well as several nieces and nephews. A memorial service will be held Sunday, February 8, at 3:00 pm in St. Peter's United Church of Christ in Perkinsville with lunch to follow at the Perkinsville Fire Hall. Contributions may be made to the Hornell Area Humane Society or St. Peter's United Church of Christ in Perkinsville. Online remembrance may be left at HindleFuneralHome.com. Rref.
