Matthew David Detmer age 43, died suddenly on November 6, 2015, at Strong Memorial Hospital.
He was born in Rochester, November 28, 1971, a son of Donald and Vera (Burns) Detmer. He was predeceased by his mother Vera "Chic" Detmer, and a cousin Steven Ayers.
Matt was a musician, a prolific painter and tattoo artist who ran his own shop Top Notch Artistry in Livonia ; he was renown locally for his wicked sense of style and love of music.
He is survived by his father, Donald, brother, Daniel, nephew Ian, niece Rhyan, and companion Kate as well as numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
